100% Wellness will not disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this policy.
As an 100% Wellness member you are required to provide a valid email address at registration and choose a username or alias that may represent your identity on 100% Wellness.
Depending on which services you choose to use, 100% Wellness may require additional information, such as a shop name, billing and payment information (including billing address, telephone number, credit card information), a telephone number, and/or a physical postal address. As a shop owner if you choose to enable the direct checkout service (“Direct Checkout”), 100% Wellness may require information such as your social security number, identification ID or tax ID, date of birth, bank account information, credit card information and/or other proof of identification in order to verify your identity and provide this service to you. Credit card information on an account may be stored and used for both billing and payment purposes. 100% Wellness may contact individual shop owners to confidentially request more information about their shops or items listed on the Site, to ensure compliance with our rules. Certain products or services on 100% Wellness may require you to complete an application; any information you submit through the application processes will not be displayed publicly and will only be used internally by 100% Wellness, unless otherwise specified.
You may optionally choose to provide your full name and other personal information (such as birthday, gender, location) to be publicly displayed in connection with your account and activity.
Your username, 100% Wellness ID or alias is publicly displayed and connected to your 100% Wellness activity. Other people may see your date joined, reviews, ratings, profile information, items listed for sale, shop pages, sold item listings, and comments in community spaces.
100% Wellness automatically receives and records some information from your browser or your mobile device when you visit the Site or use the Apps, such as your IP address or unique device identifier, cookies and data about which pages you visit on the Site or on the Apps. This information helps us analyze and understand how the Site and the Apps work for members and visitors, and provide a more personalized experience for members and visitors. When you use the Apps, you may optionally choose to share your geo-location details with 100% Wellness in order to use our location-based services. If you have provided your location details but would no longer like to share that information, you may opt out of those services through the settings on the Apps. You may also enable the Apps to access your mobile device’s camera to upload photographs to 100% Wellness.
Some members or visitors may connect to or register an 100% Wellness account using an external third-party application, such as Facebook, or an app developed using the 100% Wellness API. 100% Wellness may receive some data from those connected third-party applications. Connecting your 100% Wellness account to third-party applications or services is optional, and when you connect your account to an external app, you will be given the opportunity to grant permission. You can revoke your permission under your 100% Wellness account settings.
100% Wellness may receive or collect information (for example: an email address) about a person who is not yet a registered 100% Wellness member (a “non-member”) in connection with certain 100% Wellness features, including but not limited to: a non-member subscribing to an 100% Wellness newsletter, a member inviting a non-member to visit the Site, a non-member engaging in a transaction, or a member sending a gift card code to a non-member. Non-member information is used only for the purpose it was originally submitted to 100% Wellness. A non-member can contact 100% Wellness Support if they do not want 100% Wellness to retain their information.
100% Wellness uses the information described in this policy to provide and improve our services and products, for billing and payments, for identification and authentication, for targeted online marketing, to contact members or interested parties, and for general research and aggregate reporting.
We know members of our community value having control over their own information, and therefore 100% Wellness gives you the choice of providing, editing or removing certain information, as well as choice over how we contact you.
You may change or correct your 100% Wellness account information (except your username) on the Site. You may also remove certain optional information on the Site that you no longer wish to be publicly visible, such as your full name.
For various reasons, 100% Wellness may contact you about our services or your activity. Some of these messages are required, service-related messages for members. Other messages are not required, and you can control which optional messages you choose to receive by changing your settings in your account. Learn more in the Messages from 100% Wellness section of this policy.
If you have optionally connected your account to an external, third-party application, such as Facebook, or an app developed using the 100% Wellness API, you can remove permission for the app by changing your account settings.
If you no longer wish to use 100% Wellness’s services or receive service-related messages, then you may close your account. Learn how to close your account.
You may connect directly with your email service provider, your mobile device’s address book, or a social network account to import your contacts to 100% Wellness; we do not retain the login information for your email service, mobile device, or social network site. You may be able to search for people you know by email address or phone number on the Site or by connecting to your mobile device’s contact list through the Apps. Finding your friends on 100% Wellness helps you connect with them in community features. You can follow another member’s public activity, such as public Favorites or Treasury lists. When you begin following another member’s activity, they may receive an email notification (unless a member has opted-out of receiving this type of email).
If you do not want your contacts to be able to find you on 100% Wellness through your email address, phone number, or social networking connections, then you may opt-out through your account settings on the Site. If you do not wish to be located on 100% Wellness via your full name, you may remove your name from your public account information on the Site. It is not possible to opt-out of being found via your username.
On occasion, 100% Wellness will contact you. Primarily, messages are delivered by email or by push notifications, and every account is required to keep a valid email address on file to receive messages. In some situations, 100% Wellness may contact you by telephone, SMS message or physical mail in order to provide you with customer support or to provide you with information about products and features you my find of interest. You may update your contact preferences in your account settings.
Some messages from 100% Wellness are service-related and required for members. Examples of service-related messages include, but are not limited to: a welcome/confirmation email when you register your account, notification of an order, or correspondence with 100% Wellness’s support team. These messages are not promotional in nature. You may not opt-out of receiving service-related messages from 100% Wellness, unless you close your account.
As a member, 100% Wellness may also send you messages related to certain features or your activity on the Site or Apps. 100% Wellness may also send you news or updates about changes to our Site, Apps, or services. By default, members will receive these messages via email or push notifications through the Apps, but you may choose to opt-out of getting certain messages through the settings on your 100% Wellness account or mobile device.
100% Wellness offers optional email newsletters. When you register for an account, or choose to subscribe, you will receive newsletters from us. Newsletters are available to both members and non-members. Members may subscribe or unsubscribe from optional newsletters under your account settings or by following the instructions contained in the newsletter emails. Non-members may subscribe by providing an email address, which will only be used by 100% Wellness for these newsletters. Non-members may unsubscribe from newsletters by following the instructions contained in the newsletter emails.
A contact-importer feature is available to help you locate and connect with your friends and contacts who may be members of 100% Wellness (see Findability). If someone in your contact list is not already a member, you may invite them to join 100% Wellness. Recipients of email invitations may opt out of receiving future invitations by following instructions in the email invitation message.
100% Wellness is both a marketplace and a community. We offer several features that allow members to connect and communicate in public or semi-public spaces, such as Forums, Teams and multimedia chat events. Please use common sense and good judgment when posting in these community spaces or sharing your personal information with others on 100% Wellness. Be aware that any personal information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by others, or could be used to send you unsolicited messages. 100% Wellness generally does not remove content from community spaces, and your posts may remain public after your account is closed. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to post in community spaces on 100% Wellness.
We want to respect your privacy. 100% Wellness will not disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this policy.
100% Wellness limits access to your personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
100% Wellness is affiliated with a variety of businesses and works closely with them. These businesses may offer promotions or sell items or services to you through 100% Wellness’s services. 100% Wellness may also provide services or sell products jointly with affiliated businesses. Due to the nature of our business model, when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, we may share information that is related to such transaction with that affiliated business. 100% Wellness may share aggregated demographic information with business partners.
We can only speak for ourselves; this policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that 100% Wellness does not own or control, or individuals that 100% Wellness does not employ or manage. If you provide your information to others on 100% Wellness or throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to the use or disclosure of the information you provide to them. 100% Wellness does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. 100% Wellness is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other websites on the Internet, even those linked to or from the 100% Wellness Site or Apps. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.
The security of your personal information is important to us. Your 100% Wellness account information is protected by a password. It is important that you protect against unauthorized access of your account and information by choosing your password carefully, and keeping your password and computer secure by signing out after using our services.
Stripe encrypts sensitive information (such as credit card number). 100% Wellness does not and will not store any customer’s financial details. 100% Wellness follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once 100% Wellness receives it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
100% Wellness will retain your information only for as long as is necessary or your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you no longer want 100% Wellness to use your information to provide you services, you may close your account. 100% Wellness will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may inform us of any changes or requests in regards to your personal data, and in accordance with our obligations under local data protection law, we may update or delete your personal data accordingly.
